O'Dell Associates was founded in 1987 by Chuck O'Dell. When Chuck started the business he went to market with fair consistent pricing, exceptional customer service and a commitment to make every project a success. Today, O'Dell has grown and now operates out of both Burlington and Waterloo Ontario. The O'Dell team is committed to the original goals set out be their founder.

Company Timeline

1987	Feb 1st Chuck O'Dell, with his wife Nancy, open the doors of C.W. O'Dell Associates. Operations begin out of their house in Carlisle, ON. Chuck hits the road with Nortec & Dectron.
1988	SpringAir added to line card.
1990	Penn Ventilation partners with O'Dell
1991	C.W. O'Dell moves operations to a house in Kilbride, ON. C.W. O'Dell boasts ~400-ft2 of warehousing in a detached garage.
1993	First BEELINE newsletter is launched with a Winter Edition. Chuck starts tradition of Christmas Honey from O'Dell. Jack Fitzmaurice partners with Chuck O'Dell holds its first Conference. Tech-Spec 03'
1994	July - Tamco appoints O'Dell as a representative August - ICE Manufacturing team up with O'Dell
1995	March - Association with Ventex Inc. begins. Spring - Venmar commercial energy recovery products launched through O'Dell.
1998	Scott O'Dell partners with Jack & Chuck
2000	July - C.W. O'Dell outgrows the Kilbride house and moves operations to new 3,700-ft2 facility at 1038 Cooke Blvd, Burlington, ON. This brings warehousing capacity up to 1,300ft2 C.W. O'Dell changes its name to O'Dell Associates, reflecting the growth of the business.
2001	Ecosaire is launched by Dectron with O'Dell
2002	CET gas monitoring systems hit market with O'Dell September - O'Dell enters into air disctibution market with Titus and Ruskin.
2004	Jan 31st Company founders Chuck & Nancy O'Dell retire.
2006	March - O'Dell expands warehousing capacity again, adding an additional 3,700-ft2 at the Burlington location. With the additional warehousing capacity, O'Dell begins stocking belt drive fans and launches its fan shop.
2007	February 1st - Nathan Martin becomes partner with Scott O’Dell & Jack Fitzmaurice
	May 10th - O'Dell Associates Celebrates their 20th Anniversary with a Conference held at the Royal Botanical Gardens.
	August 1st - O'Dell opens a satellite office in Waterloo to provide existing customer base in this territory with a local contact. This facility provides an additional 2,700-ft2 of warehousing.
	September 4th - O'Dell expands their territory west to include Stratford, London, Windsor & Sarnia.
2009	February 1st - Jack Fitzmaurice retires
2010	November 1st – O'Dell opens office in London, ON to support our customers in London, Sarnia, Windsor and surround areas. This facility provides an additional 2,500-ft2 of warehousing.
