Engineered Product

Direct Coil has the manufacturing facilities and expertise to build custom designed and engineered products to suit your needs. Their Fluid Coolers and Air Cooled Condenser Products lines are UL certified and are perfect for outdoor heat rejection applications.

Their range of custom Engineering Product offerings includes Dry and Adiabatic Fluid Coolers, Radiators, After Coolers, Air Cooled Condensers, Industrial Unit Coolers and Product Coolers.

AA In-House Coating

Direct Coils now offers a Superior Protective Coating for coils. Their AA Coating is applied directly at their Millhaven Factory, which assures excellent quality and rapid delivery. AA Coating is a water-based, Eco-Friendly solution, that offers the best Salt Spray hours in the industry. The coating has been formulated to maximize the heat transfer rate while also offering:

Custom Coils

Direct Coil is an advanced manufacturer of custom-designed Round Tube Plate Fin Heat Exchangers (Coils) for the OEM, Custom & Replacement markets. Their coils can be selected using their proprietary coil selection software on their size or performance. They feature a wide range of tube sizes, fin spacing, and coil connection orientations allow for a drop-in coil fit. All of their coils are pressure tested for leaks to ensure they are producing the highest quality products.

Their coils use mechanically expanded seamless copper tubes, that are manufactured to ASME standards and available with either smooth or enhanced internal surfaces. They are available in 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8” Tube Diameters. Plate type die-formed aluminum fins are available as either flat, corrugated, or lanced with straight or rippled edges, with 5 different fin thickness options. Their fins are fully collared and have a staggered tube pattern for enhanced heat transfer and lower air friction. As well, their coil casings are available in a wide variety of thicknesses & materials (including galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper).
